THE SCREENING PROCESS

We have a team of carefully selected pre-screeners who review all submissions to check for rule violations and assess quality. At least three reviewers evaluate each film submitted to reflect diverse opinions in the pre-screening process. Please note that these ratings are used solely during the screening process and are not considered in the award judging. After analyzing the pre-screening ratings, the highest-ranked submissions will advance to our judging committee.

THE JUDGING PROCESS

After the screening committee has selected the exhibiting films, a separate judging panel watches each film, and each judge assigns a rating (ties are broken by the film committee). After all films have been watched and rated, the ratings are averaged, and the highest-scoring films in each award category are selected as the winners.
